Mark and Helen Williams run a mixed beef and sheep farm at Forden, near Welshpool, Powys.  Keen to diversify into Free Range Poultry and not have ‘all their farming eggs in one basket’ Powell’s have completed this spring a 16,000 bird unit, with egg store and office.  Before the first delivery of birds we jointly hosted a very successful open day in May with over 260 visitors keen to learn more about the Williams' new venture.  Mark and Clare are regular contributors to Farmers Weekly.

WHY POWELLS?

We looked at a lot of local builders but when I had a good look around a Powell’s building I realised the detail, workmanship and level of finish was second to none. Powell’s are just so slick compared with the others!
