Our layer units typically accommodate up to 32,000 birds, however, we specialise in designing units to meet a variety of flock sizes often making specific alterations to portal frames.
We work with leading internal fitting suppliers to ensure the best system, with the latest technology is installed for optimum flock management.
Ventilation
Fan ventilation is often specified and we are experienced in incorporating a variety of options such as natural ventilation systems.
Conveyor Systems
Integrated conveyor systems can be installed to help with the removal of muck. Systems are designed to convey eggs from the main unit, exiting the building before coming into the packing room to help keep dust, odour and noise to a minimum.
Packing Rooms
Egg packing rooms can be incorporated into the design along with collection rooms isolated from the main units, packing areas and bio secure entrances.
Utility Utilisation
Our designs can be adapted to suit needs from grey internal linings for bird areas for easier light control to installing water tanks with pump rooms.
Verandas
Our verandas assist with improving litter quality in the main house, provide more space and more natural light, all having a positive impact on bird welfare. They will also provide a bio secure semi-outdoor area during times of mandatory housing orders.
